Returns Policy 

Step 1: The Countdown
You've got a breezy 14 days from the moment your goodies land in your hands to decide if it's a keeper. After that, it's a no-go for returns, so make sure you give it a good once-over!

Step 2: Keep It Mint
To get the green light for a return, your item's gotta be as fresh as when it first came to you – unused, unaltered, and lounging in its original packaging. Got a receipt or proof of purchase? Perfect, we'll need that too.

Step 3: The No-Go Zone
Just a heads-up, there are a few things that can't hop back to us. Stuff like opened grooming products, or obviously worn merchandise/clothing.

Step 4: Getting Your Moolah Back
Once your return hits our doorstep, our gang will give it the once-over. If it's all hunky-dory, we'll send the refund back to your original payment method. Keep an eye on your bank – it might take a few days to see the action.

Step 5: The Shipping Shakedown
Here's the deal: shipping costs for sending stuff back are on you. We're all about transparency, so remember, if you snagged free shipping on your order, we might have to deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
